Project Specialist

We are looking to hire Project executives in Delhi and Mumbai

An ideal candidate would have-

1. Architecture or Interior design educational background
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in execution and understanding of Design.
3. Retail execution experience preferred.
4. Should be well versed with MEP, services of Malls, high street stores.
5. Should be able to work at nights shifts in malls (as per profile need).
6. Should be able to read the drawing, and explain at site to contractor and ensure that execution happens as per approved drawings.
7. Should have a knowledge of AutoCAD, drafting 2D drawings (optional).
8. Should have proper Project Management knowledge.
9. Should be able to handle multiple projects execution at a time, send timely reports to Sr Manager and Project head.
10. Ensure that projects are delivered on time with good quality.
11. Should be conscious of CAPEX expenditure, overheads costs. Any changes at sites, he/she should be able to report to management at right time.
12. Ready for travel to multiple locations, longer stays at the time of handover.
13. Timely/periodic visit to site is important. To be planned in coordination with manager.
14. Eye for detailing, eye for finis/quality is very important.
15. Should be able to raise a flag for any issues which may occur at site.
16. Should be able to get work done from contractors at various stages and under pressure.
