As a Project Sales professional for our Building Material Company, you will specialize in generating sales from various building projects . Your goal will be to build long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and builders while ensuring our high-quality building materials to meet their specific project needs.

Roles And Responsibilities :-

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
• Identify and establish connections with potential clients, including architects, contractors, and builders.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they understand the a benefits of our building materials.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and fulfilment of client orders.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals suited to client needs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and building materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Compensation will be as per market standards

Candidates from Thane , Vashi, Khopoli will be preferred
