Job Description:
The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for handling client visits at the site and ensuring successful sales closures. The role requires a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication, and proven negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage client visits at the project site.
• Present and explain project details confidently to clients.
• Handle client queries and build lasting relationships.
• Negotiate effectively and ensure timely closures.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualities & Skills Required:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closure skills.
• Excellent communication and convincing ability.
• Target-driven and client-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate
• 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate sales
