We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Female) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for converting provided leads into successful site visits and sales closures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, building trust, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the qualified leads provided by the company.
• Convert hot leads into site visits and ensure maximum client turnout.
• Regularly follow up with warm and cold leads to keep them engaged.
• Assist clients during property site visits, explain project details, and highlight investment benefits.
• Maintain positive client relationships to ensure smooth conversion.
• Update and maintain lead status reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in sales/business development preferred.
• Real estate experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle client queries with confidence.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
