Project Sales Executive
Profile
We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates for Sales &
Business Development role to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new
business opportunities to help grow the organization. The
candidate should have a strong understanding of business
concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track
record of success in sales or business development
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through
networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior
designers, and PMCs.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market
share.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and
opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive
threats, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the
organization and build relationships.
Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, weekly journey cycle,
sales, pipeline, brand specification in tenders, and other business
development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic sales skills.
