Project Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to ensure proper compilation & submission of budgetary & Firm Quotations to the Boiler OEMs, Consultants, Dealers and Direct Customers in Project Sales

2. Responsible to get updated market insights and information on all Power plant projects within Maharashtra (except Konkan area)

3. Responsible for pre-tendering activity with the help of the TSS team

4. To monitor the competition activities and provide a detailed report to the branch manager.

5. Coordinate with the plants (Contract Management, TOP etc.) for smooth execution of the orders.

6. Prepare monthly reports and MIS, as required.

7. Responsible for the Order Intake of Project Business (Energy, FGD, Mining) of the Branch Office Pune for defined customers.

8. Regularly visiting the customers and timely submission of Visit Reports in C4C.

9. Regularly updating the Opportunity / Leads in C4C

10. Preparing the Indent and submitting it to the TSS team upon receipt of the order.

11. Responsible to develop close customer contacts and provide the support and feedback to the customer in pre & post order stage.
