• Minimum 10+ years

  of experience in

  quality management

• Familiarity with

Your future role

• Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and dedicated teammates.
• You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, acting as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Quality teams, Product Introduction teams, and Cross-Functional Reliability Growth teams), oversee project quality deliverables, and much more.
• Youll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and ensuring its application but also supporting customer inspections and managing non-conformities.

• Acting as the interface with the customers quality and safety teams, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns.
• Developing and implementing the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) to meet contract requirements and Alstom processes.
• Coordinating quality activities across engineering, industrial, and supplier teams to ensure alignment.
• Managing non-conformities, safety issues, and technical modifications while analyzing their financial implications.
• Ensuring safety assessments and preparing safety authorization for the project.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare for DFQ gate reviews and follow-up action plans.
