Role Overview:

We are looking for a

dynamic graduate with strong English and excellent communication skills

who can play a key role in preparing

winning project proposals, budget estimations, and applications for CSR projects, awards, and grants

. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to social change.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and design compelling project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
Prepare detailed budget estimations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Research and apply for CSR projects, awards, and funding opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, case studies, and impact stories.
Maintain relationships with CSR partners, donors, and stakeholders.
Assist in report writing, documentation, and presentations for ongoing and new projects

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory).
Strong command over
English (spoken and written)
.
Excellent
communication, drafting, and presentation skills
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare and analyze budgets.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt and multitask.
Passion to work with an NGO and commitment towards the upliftment of the underprivileged.
