Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist at our company, your role will involve managing the end-to-end procurement process for project-specific materials and services. This includes identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Collaboration with project managers, design teams, and site engineers is vital to understand exact material needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Building long-term relationships with vendors, updating databases, and staying informed about market trends are also key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement process for project-specific materials and services - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers - Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers - Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries - Ensure compliance with contract terms - Update vendor databases and build long-term relationships - Monitor market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) - 1-2 years of experience in project-based procurement, preferably in EPC, environmental industries - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills - Ability to handle multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines If you have experience with ETP/STP/WTP projects or industrial procurement, and an understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
