Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using

  MS Project.

• Coordinate with project head, consultants, and site teams for progress tracking.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
• Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery/mitigation measures.
• Align resource planning, budgeting, and procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Support billing, contractor coordination, and milestone achievement.
• Perform regular site visits to verify actual progress and ensure adherence to baseline schedule.
• Assist in preparing recovery schedules, catch-up plans, and EOT (Extension of Time) claims.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE / B.Tech / M.Tech, Civil or PGP from NICMAR will be highly preferred.

• 7-10 years of planning experience in

  high-rise residential projects (20+ floors, multi-tower preferred)

• Proficiency in

  MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD

  .
• Strong knowledge of resource loading, monitoring, and delay analysis.
• Prior experience with

  real estate developers or large construction firms

• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
