Role Overview: You will be providing support to the Project Manager and Resource Manager by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. Your responsibilities will include developing project schedules, maintaining schedules, analyzing project status, performing variance analysis, providing resource requirements, supporting resource planning, conducting collaboration meetings, managing project financials, and working on risk response strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop level four project schedules using work breakdown structure, resource assignment, and work hours budget in a scheduling tool. - Maintain project schedules by collecting progress data, updating schedules, and developing status reports. - Analyze, evaluate, and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule. - Perform variance analysis and support project manager with change orders. - Report actual work hours against budgeted hours and calculate burn rate. - Provide resource requirements using scheduling techniques and histograms. - Provide progress measurement and S curves to compare current status with baseline plan. - Support Resource Managers with resource planning and forecasting. - Supervise organization level metrics related to resource utilization and demand forecasting. - Co-ordinate with the project team and conduct collaboration meetings. - Identify and manage project risks, update risk register, and work on risk response strategies. - Monitor project financials, actual cost against budget, and highlight changes to gross profit. Qualifications Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good analytical skills and action-oriented mindset. - Flexibility to learn new things and understand different cultures. - Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical engineering from a reputed university. - Total experience of 2-6 years preferably in oil & gas projects or related industry.
