Department - PPC Project Planning (Equipment division)

Designation - Engineer /Sr. Engineer

Education - DME/ Btech / BE Mechanical or similar

Total Experience - Minimum 3-8 years

Industry /Mfg. type - Heavy Industrial Fabrication - Piping Spools, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and other Process Equipment

Core Responsibilities area:

• Overall Projects & Planning of Process Equipments, vessel Fabrication as per delivery schedule.
• Totally responsible for project related activity from raw material planning to final fabrication.
• Responsible for raw material inspection and process
• To give work in progress (WIP) target on weekly /monthly basis.
• To prepare monthly planning sheet for raw material and bought out items.
• Maintain minimum stock level of regular items (MSL items).
• To attend daily production meeting to face the production & solve it.
• Responsible for inventory control of raw material, outside Fabrication process.
• Close coordinate with respective Dept. from order booking to dispatch stage.
• To Prepare & Maintain Delivery schedule as per monthly project requirement.
• To Follow-up for outside process item & bought out items.
• Actively participate in KAIZEN and 5S activity.
• Actively contribute in ERP implementation activity.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in heavy fabrication (pressure vessels, tanks, spools)
• Familiarity with ASME and related manufacturing standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP/SAP, or Primavera/ MS Project
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
