WHAT YOUR WORK WILL LOOK LIKE

As part of the facilitation development team, you take end-to-end ownership for capacity building within a client system. This could include – 

• Planning & designing the capacity building program, model, people & systems required based on the client’s unique needs
• Supporting in the empanelment and development of Illumine’s pan-India network of experienced facilitators
• Conducting Train-the-Trainer (T3) workshops in the client system for senior professionals, Govt. officers, teachers, etc.
• Working closely with the entire team of facilitators & mentors to ensure consistent quality of facilitation throughout the intervention rollout
• Being the face of Illumine during an intervention rollout & handling challenges on the ground
• Working closely with other internal practice teams such as learning design, technology, analytics, research, client engagement, etc.

WHO CAN APPLY

• You have experience in facilitating large-scale change in organizations or in facilitating mindset change/ behavioural change programs
• You have high energy levels and are willing to travel & stay in client locations, if the project calls for it (safety ensured)
• You are comfortable working on tech-based learning platforms and in using interactive and peer-based learning methods with your participants
• You have at least 8-10 years of experience in facilitation/ group coaching
• You are in the age group of 35 - 60 years
