Job Location

Head Office and Project Sites (on-site exposure is mandatory)

Internship duration: 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern who is keen to gain practical, on-ground exposure in construction, civil, or related operational environments. The intern will work closely with senior operations and project teams at both Head Office and active project sites, supporting process improvements, site coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives.

This role is ideal for MBA / Post-Graduate students or fresh pass-outs who want to build a strong foundation in real-time operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities at project sites and Head Office
• Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) at site level
• Collect operational data related to productivity, manpower, material usage, and timelines
• Prepare basic MIS reports and operational summaries using Excel
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support senior team members in operational audits and site reviews
• Learn and assist in cost control, scheduling, and workflow optimisation activities
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and site discipline norms

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA students, Post-Graduate students, or fresh post-graduates (Operations / Supply Chain / Construction Management preferred)
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to construction, civil, or operational processes
• Willingness to work both at Head Office and on project sites
• Strong learning attitude and readiness to work in field conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
