Minimum Qualification:

Full-time regular Master's degree in a relevant discipline / MBA / M.Tech or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.

Minimum Experience:

at least 3 years of experience working with Central Government, State Government, or related Government Departments / Agencies

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Provide overall leadership and coordination for monitoring activities, ensuring projects are implemented as per defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead, guide, and supervise project teams, assign responsibilities, track performance, and ensure effective coordination among internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and financial planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and compliance with approved financial norms and guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain monitoring frameworks, MIS, and digital dashboards to track project progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular project reviews, field assessments, and performance evaluations to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Apply strategic thinking and risk management approaches to anticipate potential challenges, assess risks, and design timely mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, analytical notes, presentations, and documentation for senior management, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Central/State Government departments, implementing agencies, and partner organizations to ensure alignment with policy guidelines and program objectives.
• Ensure adherence to reporting standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in monitoring and evaluation.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings, facilitate discussions, and support informed decision-making at multiple levels.
