Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise all ongoing road and bridge projects from the head office.
• Track site activities, daily progress, and ensure proper reporting from all sites.
• Monitor material consumption and forecast material requirements (cement, steel, aggregates, fuel, etc.).
• Prepare and control project budgets; ensure expenses are within approved limits.
• Review cost vs. budget reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain centralized records of project documentation, approvals, and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and accounts teams.
• Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Forecast manpower, machinery, and material needs across multiple projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in road/bridge construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, monitoring, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from a centralized office.
