1) Act as a Project coordinator to coordinate between the Drafting,Design, Validation planning,Production, Warehouse, Installation, cleaning and other various vendor teams to get the scope of work ( Kitchens, wardrobes, storages, on site carpentry, false ciling, Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, flooring, demolition, painting works, plastering and other construction works) executed at the site.
2) Perform Site measurement activity, Validate the proposed designs and production drawings, Plan the timeline to match the cx requirement and prepare the appropriate schedules, perform Quality checks at factory, reconciliation for delivered materials, Arrange,Monitor and control various vendor or inhouse teams for installation and other site activities.
3) Act as 1st point of contact to the customer and play major role in achieving the customer satisfaction by executing appropriate and suitable solutions at site and giving regular updates to the customer.
4) Making Daily, weekly , monthly and quarterly operational reports of the designated area and report the superiors.
5) Play key role in Project execution and control activities at new EC works.
6) Act as post sale executive to attend the tickets raised post handover of the projects.
7) Be responsible for overall satisfaction of the customer during the execution and post sale phase of the projects.
