Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements and obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. You will be tasked with identifying the needed resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials while adhering to budgetary limitations. Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met is a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring equipment and materials, monitoring stocks, and promptly addressing any inadequacies. Hiring contractors and staff, allocating responsibilities, and supervising the work of laborers and mechanics while providing guidance as necessary are also key duties. In this position, you will evaluate project progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards. Prompt reporting of any issues regarding compliance is expected. This is a full-time role that offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
