Job Description
Develop project plans and manage day to day project execution
Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring the project to keep projects on schedule, on budget, following appropriate IT standards
Proactively identifies and resolves issues and risks
Coordinates jointly with Client stakeholders across all work streams and directs activities that are under organization s scope.
Responsible for creating and executing cutover plan, along with Client PMO
Manage the consulting resources that are engaged on the project. Scheduling of resources to the agreed upon tasks and ensure that all project deliverables are completed as per plan
Provide weekly project progress report
Manage risks and issues, Stakeholder management
Co-develop and co-deliver project status reports and status meetings for the joint project teams Participate in Change management and Organizational changes
