Project Manager About the role: - As a Project Manager-Civil, you will be leading end to end construction of Vetic's Clinics/ Hospitals across India - Lead Pre and on site Construction Project Management - Ensure delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution that meet the needs of the business and the many people: 1. Lead and contribute in the development to engage with designers and contractors in the projects to continuously find cost efficient and innovative project delivery methods 2. Coordinate and implement Construction Project delivery strategies, methods and procedures developed in the Cluster and align implementation and communication of those activities with all internal and external stakeholders 3. Manage project estimate, budget & cost management - Lead project delivery & procurement Strategy: business strategies for engaging with design and construction industry including Contractual models, Collaboration strategies, Tendering & Selection Process, Dispute avoidance & resolution 4. Manage scheduling & risk management 5. Lead health and safety compliance for construction projects Experience required: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading project delivery of small-medium scale commercial projects in India, you should have on-ground exposure in: 1. Budget management: Knowledge of how to plan, organize and manage the costs and expenditures of a business or organization 2. Business risk management: Knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment 3. Project management: Knowledge of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a project 4. Construction management: Knowledge of how to initiate, plan, organize, execute and manage the construction of large-scale 5. Cost control: Knowledge of how to implement a budget. 6. Timeline management: Knowledge of how to set a realistic timeline for a construction site, and how to recognise and prevent any deviation. 7. Construction contracts and legal issues: Knowledge of local construction and design contract types, including a basic knowledge of the most common legal issues and claims, throughout the project development and during the warranty period
