Project Manager to the Founder

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founders to plan, execute, and track strategic projects across coffee, cacao, retail, and brand operations.
• Project management for all of department the entirety of Subko and manage deadlines of each department and at the end update the founder.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Efficiently manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, including internal meetings, external appointments, investor calls, travel, and key events ensuring seamless coordination and timely reminders.
• Prepare agendas, attend key meetings as required, and manage high-quality correspondence and presentations.
• Accurately document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure timely follow-ups on action items Draft and manage professional email correspondence, meeting requests, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder, maintaining alignment with SUBKO’s tone and brand standards.
• Manage meetings, follow-ups, and communication on behalf of the Founders.
• MIS reporting weekly ,monthly, coordination with all department
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist in data-driven decision-making.
• Support daily operational needs and ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations,(experience in a startup or creative environment is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for coffee, culture, and creativity.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, Notion and Microsoft suit.
