Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
Facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and project dashboards.
Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure projects comply with internal standards, governance processes, and client expectations.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third-party consultants (if applicable).
Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and remote team collaboration.
Risk management and problem-solving expertise.
