Job Description

Designing and Developing Zoho Solutions:This includes creating custom modules, forms, reports, and workflows within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
Customizing Zoho Applications:Tailoring Zoho to meet the specific needs of the fashion business, such as managing collections, tracking inventory across different sizes and colors, and handling complex sales processes.
Integrating Zoho with Other Systems:Connecting Zoho with other relevant systems, like e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), point-of-sale (POS) systems, or accounting software, to create a seamless workflow.
Automating Business Processes:Leveraging Zoho's automation features, like workflows and custom functions (Deluge scripting), to streamline tasks like order processing, customer communication, and reporting.
Providing Technical Support and Training:Offering support to users on how to effectively use Zoho applications and providing training on new features or customizations.
Staying Up-to-Date:Keeping current with the latest developments in Zoho technology and best practices to ensure the solutions are efficient and effective.
