Key Focus Areas:

AI / ML, Data Analytics & Data Science.
MERN Stack, Full Stack & Core Software Engineering (SDE).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple
engineering teams
across AI & software domains
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Own project planning, execution, timelines, and delivery.
Guide developers on architecture, code quality, and best practices.
Mentor teams and drive performance, accountability, and growth.

Experience & Skills:

7–8 years or 10+ years
of experience in IT project execution and leadership.
Strong background in
AI/ML, Data Science, Full-Stack & Core web/Software Developer Engineering.
Experience in leading development teams and managing end-to-end delivery.
Proven expertise in solution architecture, technical governance, and team scaling.
Ability to mentor senior engineers and drive strategic technical decisions.
