FoodCognics India Pvt. Ltd. delivers an integrated food industry solution with a 360 approach to food, dairy, and agri industry concerns. As one of India's leading turnkey project set up service providers for business services in the food, agri, and dairy allied industries, we offer end-to-end project setup services. These services include product identification, business plan preparation, machinery selection, product formulation, regulatory support, food licensing, plant layout designing, project management, and more. As a Project Manager at FoodCognics India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet design specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** **Project Planning and Coordination:** Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. **Team Management:** Supervise and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all technical work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations. **Budget and Resource Management:** Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. **Stakeholder Communication:** Provide regular updates on project progress, including any changes to scope, schedule, or budget. **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Manage and document safety incidents, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports. Prepare and submit progress reports, financial statements, and other required documentation. **Coordination with Vendors:** Invite quotations from different vendors and prepare comparisons. Attend meetings with clients and vendors on-site. **Knowledge & Skills:** - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Food Technology - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills **Experience:** 5 to 6 Years Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in setting up the food industry, warehouse, or cold store. **Job Location:** Pune **Salary/CTC:** Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month (Additional perks, Incentives) *NOTE: Interested candidates can mail their resumes to foodcognics@gmail.com*,
