Job Description

Details : Exp 3+ years Location Thane Diversity Only female candidates Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve impediments. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and methodologies. Mentor team members on agile principles and practices. Requirement : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 9-13 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager Scrum Master certification preferred. Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Agile Scrum Practitioner Business analyst skills and experience are highly desirable.
