Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of industrial construction projects (factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc.).
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
Prepare and monitor project schedules (MS Project/Primavera) and track progress against milestones.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, billing, and cash flow.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Handle contract administration, including claims, variations, and risk management.
Lead site teams, allocate resources, and ensure proper supervision of subcontractors.
Implement safety, health, and environment (HSE) standards across the project site.
Prepare periodic project reports and present updates to management and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of industrial project execution (warehouses, factories, logistics parks, pharma plants, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Background:

Prior experience with large-scale
industrial projects
in EPC/PMC/contracting organizations.
Exposure to civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works in industrial construction.
