  Overview

  :

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of all media campaigns, maintaining a high level of alignment with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing processes for efficiency, ensuring accurate proof of executions across all markets, and providing mentorship to one team member.

Role & responsibilities

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor media campaigns delivery progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Stakeholder Alignment:

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure timely delivery.

Process Optimization:

• Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement process enhancements and best practices to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all proof of executions are accurate and delivered on time across various markets.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain high standards of deliverables.
• Align with the client Ad Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery for all the proof of execution for all the campaigns across the markets.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead a team consisting of one reporting executive, provide guidance, support, and mentorship to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with the current media team members to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project goals, timelines, and resources.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment conducive to high performance and continuous improvement.
• Work with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, implementing strategies to optimize project management practices across the team.

Remote Collaboration:

• Work seamlessly with a geographically dispersed team across EMEA.
• Leverage communication and collaboration tools to ensure effective remote work delivery.
