About The Role
We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead delivery across multiple engineering squads and client-facing initiatives. This role requires a balance of
internal delivery coordination
and
external client management
, ensuring structured execution, proactive communication, and continuous improvement.You will typically oversee
3–4 parallel projects
, managing
1–2 squads
of
3–6 engineers each
, ensuring strong alignment between
Engineering, QA, UX, and Product
teams. The role requires someone who can anticipate risks early, manage expectations, and guide teams through delivery challenges smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Project Coordination
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
- Track project progress, dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, QA, and product priorities.
- Maintain clear documentation for milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
Client Delivery Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Provide consistent project updates, reporting, and visibility dashboards.
- Handle scope discussions and expectation management in collaboration with Product leadership.
- Proactively escalate delivery risks with recommended resolution paths.
Process & Quality
- Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Implement standardized reporting and delivery governance.
- Contribute towards improving project workflows, playbooks, and tooling.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Product Manager, Tech Lead, QA Lead, and UX teams to maintain alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Mentor junior project coordinators or interns on delivery practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech/product-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution cycles.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC).
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
Mandatory Skills
- Project Management in product-based or product-driven environments
- Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum and sprint execution
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Strong understanding of SDLC and PDLC
- Client-facing stakeholder management
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification (Preferred)

- How you would communicate trade-offs and timeline shifts to clients & internal teams
- How you would stabilize delivery and prevent future disruption
