Job Description

We are seeking to hire Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in construction of high raise gated community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Monitoring project costs, managing expenses, and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.
Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and resolving any issues.
Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports on project status, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
Ability to analyze and manage risks.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
