Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage Salesforce implementations with 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
Oversee deployment and integration of Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing/operations platforms.
Collaborate daily with a US-based Project Manager to align goals, timelines, and execution
strategies.
Apply project management methodologies using tools like MS Project or equivalent.
Utilize Scrum and Agile principles to manage sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
Provide weekly reports on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project ROI and support budget planning.
Support strategic initiatives and collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile:

5+ years total experience, with 2-3 years in Salesforce implementation.
Experience with Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing/operations platforms.
Ability to work US shifts and coordinate across time zones.
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical skills for ROI and financial impact assessments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
