Project Manager - Salesforce

As a Salesforce Project Manager with 8+ years of experience, specializing in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations. Your role will involve leading and managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with stakeholders, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as needed, to design and manage project plans and manage Salesforce customizations and integrations to align with client business needs. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring efficient communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders will be key components of your responsibilities.
