Job Description

As a Salesforce Project Manager with 8+ years of experience, specializing in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations. Your role will involve leading and managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with stakeholders, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as needed, to design and manage project plans and manage Salesforce customizations and integrations to align with client business needs. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring efficient communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders will be key components of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud projects from inception to completion. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations for seamless project execution. - Oversee complex Salesforce implementations to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope. - Design and manage project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. - Manage Salesforce customizations and integrations, aligning with client business needs. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with development teams to provide innovative solutions for complex business problems. - Ensure efficient communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce project management, particularly with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. - Proven expertise in Salesforce implementations, including integrations, customizations, and advanced solutions. - Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and other platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to solve complex business challenges with innovative Salesforce solutions. - Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce FSL Consultant). - Experience in managing large-scale projects in enterprise environments. - Proficiency in Salesforce best practices for design, integration, and implementation.,
