We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in end-to-end Salesforce project management. This role is key for driving successful Salesforce implementationsfrom planning and requirements through to deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement—while enforcing governance, best practices, and strategic alignment across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality implementations.
Define, establish, and uphold project management standards, processes, and methodologies tailored for Salesforce programs.
Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
Oversee governance, resource planning, risk identification, and mitigation throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, project timelines, issue resolution, and change management activities.
Ensure data migration, system integration, UAT, and go-live processes follow Salesforce and organizational best practices.
Produce and maintain all necessary project documentation, including business process models, progress reports, and lessons learned.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and project health to management and key stakeholders.
Champion user training, adoption, and post-implementation support to maximize business outcomes.
Foster continuous improvement by introducing innovations, automations, or new Salesforce features to ongoing processes.
