Project Manager - Retail

The Project Manager - Retail will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive retail sales and operations at a regional level. As a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and efficiency of retail stores in the region. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive growth strategies in collaboration with the regional head, monitoring sales performance, analyzing variances, and implementing sales action plans to drive revenue growth. You will oversee retail store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices across the region. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as category, marketing, IT, and HR will be essential to support retail initiatives. You will also work closely with the Head Office to ensure effective implementation of Pan India initiatives at the regional level, providing valuable feedback and insights to inform decision-making. Market research will be a crucial aspect of this role to stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Your qualifications should include an MBA with a Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy (B.Pharma / M.Pharma) or an MBA with retail experience. You should have at least 10+ years of experience in retail store operations management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience, demonstrating a track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential for this role. You should also possess a high level of integrity and ethics, along with the flexibility to travel as needed to support retail operations.,
