Position: Project Manager

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• MBA / PGDM – Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  

Experince - 5+ Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting detailed discussions to understand project requirements, specifications, timelines, and expectations.
• Prepare and validate project briefs, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, and milestones before execution.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational and client goals.
• Allocate and delegate tasks to junior team members based on individual competencies, experience, and project needs.
• Track and review project progress against short-term and long-term milestones, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders to enable smooth project execution.
• Monitor overall project performance and drive continuous improvements for operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
