Hey there,

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, organized, and a 'Ninja' Project Manager who can keep our eLearning projects running like clockwork. At High on Tales, we make digital learning cool—working with government bodies, global clients, edtech startups, and anyone who wants their training to not feel like a snooze fest.

Now, this isn’t your boring “project manager” role with endless checklists and status updates. Nope. We’re talking about being the go-to person who understands clients, translates their big (sometimes vague) ideas into clear action plans, and makes sure our team of animators and editors turns those into world-class eLearning modules.

Some days you’ll be on calls with clients cracking the brief, other days you’ll be giving feedback to make sure our courses shine—and yeah, sometimes you’ll be pulled into random management stuff we didn’t even know we needed yesterday. (Welcome to startup life!!)

What you’ll be doing

• Be the bridge between clients and our creative squad (think account manager + project lead rolled into one).
• Coordinate timelines, track progress, and basically keep projects from going off the rails.
• Review eLearning modules and call out where we can do better—you’re the quality filter.
• Help the team stay aligned with client expectations (and occasionally play therapist when things get chaotic).
• Jump in for impromptu management tasks—because we’re a small team that does big things.

You’ll be a great fit if…

• You’ve got 2–4 years of experience in project management, client servicing, or handling creative/eLearning projects.
• You’re a communicator—fluent in English & Hindi—and know how to keep things crisp.
• You can manage people, timelines, and expectations without breaking a sweat.
• You’ve got an eye for detail and aren’t afraid to give feedback when needed.
• You’re comfortable in a high-energy, slightly chaotic startup environment (read: no hand-holding).

Extra brownie points

• If you’ve worked with LMS, SCORM, or tools like Articulate Storyline.
• If you’ve managed creative or eLearning content before.

• Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹38,000 per month
• Location: Bhopal (in-person)
