Job Description

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for Python development projects.

Collaborate with backend developers to define project scope, technical feasibility, and milestones.

Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met without compromising code quality.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Manage resource allocation, risk, and issue tracking.

Communicate progress and challenges effectively with stakeholders.

Ensure code follows best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Working knowledge of APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and cloud services.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
