Early Engagement in the pursuit to define the solutions against the customer pains and influence the customer specification and the RFQ. Be part of the Sales solutions Selling process and strengthen the sale
Develop the cost-effective solution along with the proposals team upon receipt of the RFQ. Lead the Technical Solutions/Cost normalization and optimization process.
Good knowledge in application of various types of meters for gas & liquids measurement, good working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API, API MPMS, ISO & other industry standards related to Oil and Gas measurement services
Project Management with planning & execution
Timely submission of documents for smooth execution.
Checking P&ID, Plot plan, GA Drawing, Fabrication drawings, foundation drawing as per the project requirement.
Preparation of Datasheet for Mechanical Items i.e., Valves (Ball, Globe, Check Valve) and Filter Vessel.Line sizing calculation & pressure drop calculation.Preparation of Instrument datasheet i.e. Ultrasonic flow meter, Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, cables, glands.
Technical support to Proposal team to review the tender specification.
Preparation of pre-bid queries & attending pre-bid meetings.Support to team for preparation of P&ID, GAD, Bill of Material for RFQ.
