Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Coordinator to lead the design, development, and execution of F&B franchise retail outlets . Candidates with a background in Interior Design or Architecture are preferred to ensure high standards in quality, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple F&B outlet projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with franchisees, architects, and interior designers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines .
Develop and monitor project timelines , budgets, and resource allocations.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress and maintain quality control .
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely procurement and execution.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and design regulations.
Identify and resolve construction or installation issues during project execution.
Facilitate a smooth handover of completed projects to operational teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design , Architecture , or a related field.
Proven experience in Project Management/Coordination within the F&B retail or hospitality sector .
Strong organizational , communication , and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of design software , construction practices, and vendor management is an added advantage.
