As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities: - Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs. - Develop and oversee strategic plans, with the flexibility to adapt as required. - Create detailed project plans and ensure their successful execution. - Uphold project objectives and ensure alignment with customer, stakeholder, and sponsor standards. - Proactively identify and address issues and risks that may impact project outcomes. - Provide regular reports on project progress, presenting viable solutions and opportunities as they emerge. - Implement effective change management practices to drive project success. - Efficiently manage resources to maintain project schedules. - Engage in portfolio management activities to optimize project outcomes. - Lead meetings and establish clear expectations for the project team. - Monitor and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. - Generate comprehensive reports on project and portfolio performance.
