Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 10 - 20 years of experience in Pre Engineered Building - PEB construction as a Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver PEB projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution and approvals.
Monitor project progress, including site management, fabrication, erection, and finishing stages.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols at all stages.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and material tracking.
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure effective workforce and material management.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are maintained.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Oversee resource allocation and cost control.
Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients.
