Project Manager – Plant Civil & Utility Erection

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the civil construction and utility erection of our upcoming vertical textile plant in Odisha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing industrial projects, with a strong background in civil works and utility infrastructure setup for manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of the plant construction project, including civil works, structural development, and utility installations (electrical, mechanical, water, HVAC, etc.).

• Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, site activities, safety compliance, and resource planning.

• Manage procurement and installation of key utilities like boilers, compressors, chillers, DG sets, water treatment systems, etc.

• Liaison with local authorities and vendors for statutory clearances and technical inspections.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience in managing greenfield or brownfield industrial projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of plant utility systems and infrastructure development.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.

Location Flexibility:

• Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate or already based in Odisha or nearby regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹314,612.66 - ₹1,437,707.01 per year
