Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Fabric and Garment Export Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising activities related to fabric and garment exports. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication between suppliers, production teams, and clients to meet project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients regarding order specifications, timelines, and any modifications. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely procurement of fabrics and materials. Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and clients. Prepare and maintain production reports, purchase orders, and shipment schedules. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during production or shipping. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and regulations affecting fabric and garment exports. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure products meet market requirements and customer expectations. Requirements: Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Textile or a related field. Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in fabric or garment export industry. Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards. Excellent communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficient in MS Office Location: Tirupur, India Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
