Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Assisting team in reviewing and enhancing internal workflow, procedures and guideline to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness Conceptualizing and guiding team for implementation of an effective MSME and Start Up strategy. Facilitating state government to create conducive climate through infrastructure development, reduced regulations, general facilitation and evolving such policies so as to induce MSME investments in the state. Guiding team in establishing an effective and efficient institutional framework for speedy clearance of the projects. Assisting and guiding team in effective project implementation. Guiding team in identifying the various issues and challenges faced by MSME. Supporting in establishing an effective and efficient institutional framework for speedy clearance of the projects. Develop & define the means for monitoring & follow up/track progress of compliances under the department specific policy Experience of leading projects at State Leve Experience of leading projects in Madhya Pradesh in MSME Sector

Experience

Project Management (6+ years)
