Job Title: Project Manager – Solar Projects

Location: Edapally, Kochi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in project coordination or project handling
Education: MBA preferred
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (on or before 15th July)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of solar projects. Prior experience in the solar industry is not mandatory, but a strong background in project coordination or team handling is essential. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, well-organized, and capable of driving project success through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of solar project execution
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
• Supervise field teams and ensure timely progress
• Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation
• Ensure resource allocation and smooth workflow across tasks
• Handle on-site issues and coordinate for timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or handling roles
• Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• MBA or similar qualification preferred
• Should be available to join immediately or before 15th July

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
