Job Description

Project Manager GHS IT Project (Level - L6)

Project Manager

end-to-end SDLC

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of the GHS IT project.
Conduct business process mapping (As-Is & To-Be) and define functional design.
Collaborate with teams across IT, Finance, POS vendors, and Oracle support.
Handle Agile delivery, sprint planning, Jira-based tracking & dashboard reporting.
Ensure on-time delivery through milestone tracking and stakeholder updates.
Drive key phases like cutover planning, version releases, and data migration.
Conduct UAT, end-user training, and ensure business readiness.
Maintain robust documentation and compliance for audits and traceability.

Required Qualifications:

MBA from a reputed institution (Mandatory).
20+ years of overall experience; 10+ years in IT project management (preferably in manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and Jira.
Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems or incentive-based schemes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of loyalty/reward schemes or POS-integrated systems.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Expertise in risk management, version control, and conflict resolution.
