About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to handle on-ground execution, partner coordination, and operational projects for assigned properties. The role involves end-to-end project tracking, vendor management, property readiness, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks across hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-ground execution of property onboarding, setup and operational projects
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams and partners to ensure timely project completion
Track progress, prepare reports and escalate delays/risks proactively
Ensure property standards, inventory readiness and quality checklist completion
Support operational improvements and cost control during projects
Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and resolve issues on priority

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 year of experience in project coordination, operations or field execution & Audit
Strong communication & vendor management skills
Good in Excel / reporting and app usage
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable with on-ground travel within region
Experience in real estate, hospitality, facility management or ops is an advantage
