The Role: Project Manager – Operations & Growth

hands-on, execution-focused Project Manager

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and loves bringing order to creative chaos.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and manage cross-functional projects — from sales initiatives and product rollouts to research updates and investor programs.
• Create and maintain

  project trackers

  , set clear timelines, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Coordinate between

  sales (wealth & MF)

  ,

  tele-calling

  ,

  customer care

  , and

  research

  to remove bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor CRM hygiene, sales follow-ups, and lead conversion processes.
• Standardize internal workflows and ensure team discipline in reporting and task closure.
• Prepare

  weekly progress reports

  and

  execution dashboards

  for the Founder.
• Support special initiatives like new product launches, marketing campaigns, and client experience improvements.

What We’re Looking For

project management / business operations / founder’s office

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and track parallel workstreams

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills — you get things done

Asana / Notion / Trello / Google Sheets / Zoho CRM

✅ Analytical mindset with a passion for structure, process, and measurable impact

Compensation

💰 Competitive salary: (based on experience) Between 4L to 8L per annum
