Position Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for driving and managing offshoring initiatives and application/tool deployment projects within the ISPL COE platform. The role requires strong coordination skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to ensure seamless process transitions and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as the project SPOC for all offshoring and application deployment initiatives within ISPL COE.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams, ISPL COE stakeholders, SMEs, and contributing teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct project governance meetings (OPCO) and prepare updates for SteerCo.
  • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Highlight bottlenecks and escalate to senior management as required.

2. Offshoring & Activity Transfer

  • Perform end-to-end operational assessments for activity transfers.
  • Participate in risk assessment, SLA setup, and other prerequisites for offshoring.
  • Provide functional expertise during transition phases.
  • Monitor execution of new SLAs and amendments to existing SLAs.

3. Cross-Functional Contribution

  • Support functional teams with domain knowledge when required.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Competencies

  • Strong project management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Active listening and stakeholder management.
