Project Manager (Non IT)

Role Overview: You are being recruited as a Project Coordinator to support various small to medium-sized projects concurrently. Your main responsibilities will include leading projects across Lines of Business on Time, Cost, Quality, and Scope to agreed tolerance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, managing project plans and reporting, ensuring project sign-off and reviews, and supporting management of project timings, financial aspects, quality, scope, and risk. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and support project governance structure and maintain documentation - Schedule project meetings, administer project communication channels, and manage project plans and reporting throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure project sign-off and project reviews are undertaken - Support management of timings, financial aspects, quality and scope of the project and risk, ensuring all project costs are identified and controlled Qualifications Required: - Proven experience working in a project or business change role, preferably in a professional service environment interacting with senior stakeholders - Strong communication skills, especially in English, as the position requires dealing with onshore stakeholders - Experience in client-facing work, preferably handling offshoring projects - Ability to plan and organize workloads, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality of work - Strong commercial awareness, including change management - Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, influence outcomes, and work independently - Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products, Prince2 qualified (or equivalent), and experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, including risk management Additional Details: The client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management with a commitment to finding diverse individuals devoted to client and organizational success.
